The SureSafe Fall Alert is a small, discreet pendant that automatically detects falls whilst also acting as a one-touch SOS Button if needed. The Fall Alert has a one year battery life and, when that battery runs low, SureSafe are instantly alerted and will send you a replacement free of charge. There are no installation requirements, so you plug the Base Unit into your landline and power socket and it’s ready to go. SureSafe will still arrange an engineer to visit and set up your alarm if you would rather. Any false alarms can be dealt with by pressing the button on the pendant.
