he SECOM Caretech Care Hub is a digital SOS pendant – meaning it is mains powered and works with an in-built SIM, so no need for a landline or internet connection. It’s inbuilt microphone and speaker system lets you install with direct guidance from a member of the Caretech Monitoring Team. The pendant will flash red when an SOS signal has been sent before the Base Unit notifies your emergency contacts via the SECOM care app that your alarm has been activated.
